Job Summary: 

The Microsoft Dynamics Developer/Technical Consultant will be responsible for providing consulting and development services utilizing the MS Dynamics suite of applications and other software required to deliver solutions.

 

 Responsibilities:

·      Developing, designing, implementing, and supporting CRM/XRM solutions utilizing the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform.

·      Designing integration solutions for backend services and back office/ERP applications.

·      Providing technical Microsoft CRM platform delivery expertise 

·      Continually seek opportunities to promote the continued and extended use of MC products and services.

·      Collaborate with MCS staff to understand and manage project delivery expectations. 

·      Communicating clearly, professionally, and regularly with MicroChannel staff. 

·      Continually develop both consultative, interpersonal and written communication skills 

·      Participating in developing and refining best practices for CRM development and project delivery

·      Performing internal projects as requested and engaging in other activities which contribute to the improved performance of MicroChannel as a company.

·      Continually seek opportunities to promote the continued and extended use of MC products and services.

·      Adhering to MC development standards and timesheet and billing practices.

 

Software & IT Skills Required:  

·      At least 2 years’ experience in a CRM environment

·      Experience with Agile projects 

·      Maintain and update relevant Microsoft certifications

Education & Qualifications:

·      IT degree or equivalent professional qualification

·      Must have worked in an IT industry providing solutions to small-medium sized business for at least 2 years

·      Computing and/or Business Degree
